My spring broke so was looking for someone to fix it. Mike Responded in timely manner to questions I asked. Was very professional. Gave a call the morning of appointment to confirm that he was on his way. Once he got to the house took him not very long to take off old spring and install a two spring system. Said springs have a two year warranty on them also takes about basic upkeep to do on the door. And to call him if I have any questions about anything else to do with doors or openers.

I was looking for a local Garage Repairman, found AWard Garage Door Online. Within an hour Mike Ward was at my home and diagnosed and identified the problem with my Garage Door. The estimate for the repair was free and since it was an easy fix, Mr. Ward did not charge me for the fix. And for an excellent price, Mr. Ward gave my old garage door a much needed tune up and gave me recomendations on how to take care of my garage to prevent future maintance issues. I highly recomend AWard Garage Door! It is great to have an honest repairman near by when needed.

Mike took time to explain what needed to be done. I felt like we were treated honestly and the workmanship was super. We had some damage to one of our panels and he was able to repair it. He also gave our doors a tuneup and our doors are operating much better with the tune up.

I opened my garage door Friday morning and I heard a pop and realized the spring had broken and I had to help finish opening the door. I went about my business of mowing and edging because it was going to get hot and I wanted to get that stuff out of the way. At around 11AM I decide I might want to get the door looked at. Grabbed the Dallas clipper ad and there was AWard Garage Doors. Called them up and told them what happened and Mike was out to the house by 3:00PM. He fixed the door for exactly the price quoted on the phone and was done before 4:00PM and for the first time in years my garage door opens effortlessly and without all of the moaning and groaning that it used to have. Mike did a fantastic job and I will definitely recommend him for any garage door work needed. Thanks Mike.

Mike Ward is the man! I got 6 bids on a new garage door. Mike was the only salesperson who took the time to answer my questions fully and give me advice, rather than trying to “upsell”.
